By this Consent, I, in accordance with Federal Law No. 38-FZ of March 13, 2006 “On Advertising,” acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, hereby grant my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Artyom Arsenievich Dekhtiarov (TIN 665801467598, OGRNIP 304665823900951; hereinafter, the “Operator”), owner of the mobile application Stability (hereinafter, the “Application”), to process my personal data provided and to be provided to the Operator for the purposes set forth in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

• - Email address
• - Contact telephone numbers provided during Application registration
• - Photographic images
• - Other data submitted by me to the Operator

• - Ensuring the Application’s functionality and provision of the Operator’s services
• - Delivering customer and technical support
• - Sending notifications about services, updates, and promotions
• - Conducting informational mailings in the User’s interest
• - Other purposes specified in the Personal Data Processing Policy

• - Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage
• - Clarification (updating, modification), deletion, destruction
• - Other operations permitted by Russian law, performed both with and without automation

• - Processing by the Operator and third parties engaged by the Operator (e.g., hosting providers, marketing research contractors, other service providers; government authorities as required by law)
• - The list of third-party recipients may change without additional consent or notice
• - I acknowledge my right to request up-to-date information from the Operator regarding such third parties

• - I guarantee that the contact data I provide belong to me and do not infringe the rights of third parties
• - I bear responsibility for the accuracy of these data

• - I may withdraw this consent by sending a notice to the Operator’s email address [email protected] with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing,” or by other methods provided by law or the Personal Data Processing Policy

• - This consent is effective from the date of its signing until the purposes of processing are achieved, unless another term is stipulated by contract or law, or until I withdraw consent as described in Section 6
• - The Operator may continue processing personal data on another lawful basis even after withdrawal of this consent
