This document (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the terms of personal data processing between the independent developer Oleksandr Dehtiarov (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) and any user of the website www.get-stability.com, as well as the software product Stability (hereinafter referred to as the Application). The Policy applies to all information that the Operator may receive about the user during the use of the Application.

For the purposes of this Policy, personal data of the user includes:

• - Information voluntarily provided by the user during registration in the Application or when filling out feedback forms. Mandatory fields are specifically marked, while other data is provided at the user’s discretion.
• - Technical data automatically transmitted to the service when downloading and using the Application: IP address, cookies, browser or other access software details, visit time, address of the requested page.

When requesting access to the Application, the user provides their last name, first name, and mobile phone number. The Operator assumes that the provided information is accurate and up to date. The user is solely responsible for the correctness of the data.

Submitting personal data indicates the user's consent to this Policy and the terms of data processing. Those who do not agree with the terms should refrain from providing their data.

The Operator collects and stores only the data necessary to provide access to the Application, handle requests, and feedback.

Personal data may be used for:

• - Identifying the user within the scope of this Policy and the concluded agreements;
• - Processing requests and analyzing negative user experiences;
• - Contacting the user on matters related to the use of the Application.

The Operator undertakes not to disclose the received information to third parties, except as provided in this Policy. Access to personal data is granted only to authorized persons who are informed about the possible responsibility for disclosure or unauthorized use of the information.

The confidentiality of personal data is maintained. If, during the use of certain forms, some information (such as name or surname) becomes public, the Operator will issue an appropriate notice.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data."

The user has the right to delete their personal data at any time by sending a request to the email [email protected], including the provided details. The Operator reviews the request within three days and takes all necessary measures to fully delete the data.

The Operator implements necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions concerning personal data.

The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Policy unilaterally. When updated, the date of the latest revision is indicated. The new version takes effect from the moment of publication unless otherwise specified by the version itself.
