1.1. Application – the mobile application Stability and all its components, including source code, databases, media files and documentation.

1.2. Account – the User’s account with a unique identifier granting access to the Application.

1.3. Personal Dashboard – the interface within the Application through which the User interacts with its functionality.

1.4. Authorized User – an additional user created by the User under a single Account.

1.5. Content – data and files uploaded to and stored in the Application by the User.

1.6. Tariff Plan – the package of rights to use the Application selected by the User according to the Licensor’s price list.

The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application via the Internet, without the right to sublicense. The User agrees to the Offer’s terms and pays for the selected Tariff Plan where applicable.

3.1. The User registers within the Application to gain access.

3.2. Upon registration, an Account is created and the Personal Dashboard becomes available.

3.3. The User may create any number of Authorized Users and set their access levels.

3.4. All actions performed in the Personal Dashboard are deemed to have been executed by the User, except where the Licensor is notified of unauthorized third-party access.

3.5. The User is responsible for safeguarding login credentials and any consequences of their loss or disclosure.

3.6. The Licensor advises against sharing Account credentials with third parties.

3.7. The User may upload only its own Content that complies with the laws of the Russian Federation.

3.8. By accepting this Offer, the User grants the Licensor the right to use its trademarks in marketing materials to promote the Application.

4.1. The Application is provided “as is” with no obligation for technical support.

4.2. Interaction with integrated services (e.g., payment processors) is conducted directly between the User and the service provider.

4.3. The User assumes all risks related to use of the Application.

4.4. The Licensor does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, security, error-free performance or suitability for any specific purpose.

5.1. The Licensor retains all exclusive rights to the Application and its components.

5.2. The Licensor warrants it holds the necessary rights to grant this license.

5.3. The license is limited to use of the Application without transfer of exclusive rights or sublicenses.

5.4. The license term coincides with the Account’s validity period.

The User and Authorized Users shall not:

• - use the Application outside the scope expressly permitted by this Offer;
• - decompile, modify or otherwise process the source code;
• - disrupt the Licensor’s infrastructure;
• - store or distribute unlawful content via the Application;
• - copy, sell or transfer access to the Application to third parties.

7.1. In case of a breach of this Offer, the Licensor may immediately suspend the Account and terminate the agreement.

7.2. Suspension results in cessation of access to the Application.

7.3. Upon termination, the User and Authorized Users must delete the Application and cease its use.

8.1. Available Tariff Plans are published within the Application.

8.2. The User may pay for a Tariff Plan for 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 months and enable automatic renewal.

8.3. All payments are non-refundable.

8.4. Charges are processed automatically according to the chosen period and renewal settings.

8.5. Within 3 (three) calendar days of receiving the tax invoice (UPD) in the Personal Dashboard, the User may submit a written, reasoned objection and/or refusal to use the Application. If no objection is made and the period expires, the User shall upload to the Personal Dashboard or send to [email protected] the UPD signed by the User. Failure to comply entitles the Licensor to suspend the Tariff Plan until receipt of the signed UPD.

8.6. Within 10 (ten) business days of receiving the User’s signed copy of the UPD, the Licensor will mail two original signed copies to the User. The User shall sign both copies and return one to the Licensor by mail. Until the Licensor receives the original signed by both parties, the User’s signed copy shall have the legal force of an original.

8.13. The User may change the Tariff Plan at any time during its term: when upgrading, by paying the difference without extending the term; when downgrading, the new term is extended by the remaining value of the previously paid period.

8.14. Upon expiration of the paid period, a User who does not wish to renew a paid Tariff Plan may select a different Tariff Plan in the Personal Dashboard under “Account Management.”

The Licensor may:

• - make changes and updates to the Application without notice;
• - impose usage restrictions;
• - delete inactive Accounts (no activity for over 6 months);
• - send notifications and promotional messages;
• - perform maintenance and temporarily suspend the Application;
• - process the User’s personal data to fulfill this agreement in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

The Licensor’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the User under the Tariff Plan. The Licensor is not liable for lost profits, damages or the actions of third-party services and networks.

11.1. This Offer is effective from User registration until Account deletion.

11.2. The Account may be deleted at the User’s request or for breach of this Offer.

11.3. Upon Account deletion with an active paid Tariff Plan, payments are non-refundable.

Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation. If unresolved, they shall undergo a pre-claim procedure (response time 30 days). If still unsettled, they shall be brought before the court of the Licensor’s place of residence under Russian law.

13.1. The Licensor may amend this Offer at any time; continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the amended Offer.

13.2. Legally significant communications shall be sent by email and deemed delivered on the next business day after sending.
